07:00 – 07:30 pm – Official Festival Opening ceremonies

07:30 – 08:45 pm – Performance by the Festival Host Group

Saturday, August 15

08:30 am – Depart for the workshop studio

09:00 – 01:00 pm – Dance & Choral workshops conducted by Festival Host Group

01:00 – 03:00 pm – Free time to relax and have lunch

03:00 pm – Set out to get ready for the performance in the main city square

04:00 – 06:00 pm – Festival performances in Rynok Square

06:00 – 07:30 pm – Free time to get ready for the Zabava

08:00 – 12:00 am – Zabava featuring special guest performances, and hors d'oeuvres

 

Sunday, August 16

12:30 – 01:30 pm – Festival Parade from Opera House to Shevchenko Monument

01:30 – 02:00 pm – Transfer to Shevchenkivsky Hai Open Air Museum

02:00 – 03:00 pm – Lunch & Group Photo Shoots at Shevchenkivsky Hai

03:00 – 04:00 pm – Free time to explore the Open Air Museum 

04:00 – 07:00 pm – Adjudicated Festival performances

07:00 pm – Transfer back to the city centre

Monday, August 17

10:00 – 01:30 pm – Rehearsals for the Gala Performance 

01:30 – 05:00 pm – Free time to relax and get ready for the show

06:00 pm – Arrive at the theatre and get ready for the performance

07:00 – 09:30 pm – Gala show and Festival Closing ceremonies 

                            The best and favourite pieces picked out by the Festival Panel will be showcased once again at the                               Festival Gala Concert and Closing Ceremonies.

All participants will have 3 chances to perform at the Festival

 

• August 15 – Lviv City Centre

Each group will be able to perform 2 dances for other festival participants and guests to the city to enjoy.

​

• August 16 – Shevchenkivsky Hai Open Air Museum

Participants will have at least 20 minutes of programming of their choosing. Throughout the day Festival organizers will pick out the best productions to be performed at the Gala Concert.

Arts and crafts, snacks, tours and appearances from guest performers will be available throughout the day. This will be an all day extravaganza!

• August 17 – Theatre in Lviv City Centre

The best and favourite pieces picked out by the Festival Jury will be showcased once again at the Festival Gala Concert and Closing Ceremonies.
