    When?
                                                        September 2018 - June 2019 

 

    Why Apply?
                                                        Spend a year in Ukraine, training and performing with 5 DIFFERENT Ukrainian                                                                  Dance Companies: Virsky Ensemble, Volyn State Choir, Bukovynian Choir and                                                                  others. 
 

    Program will be recognized by the Choreographic Institute of Ukraine

    Only 6 couples will be accepted into the Program once the application process is complete

​

 

    How does it work?

​

    September - October, 2018            - Start your year in Kyiv with the renowned 

                                                              P. Virsky Ukrainian National Folk Dance Ensemble in Kyiv

    November - December, 2018         - Train with the Yunist Ensemble in Lviv

                                      

    Spend New Year's & Ukrainian Christmas in Lviv and the Caprathians

    January - February, 2019              - Explore Chernivtsi and train with the Bukovynian Choir

​

    March – April, 2019                        - Set out to Lutsk to train with the Volyn State Choir

​

    May - June, 2019                           - End your journey in Kropyvnytsky (former Kirovohrad), training with the                                                                      Prolisok School and Ensemble

    Please Note:                                This is an example schedule, details to be confirmed.

    What else is included?              We will provide: 
                                                           All dance training 
                                                           All language classes 
                                                           All land transportation 
                                                           All accommodations in centrally located apartments, based on double occupancy. 
                                                           Christmas Break celebrations 
                                                           Special events, performances, sightseeing, day trips and entertainment                                                                           throughout your stay (details to be confirmed at a later date) 
                                                           Program coordinator in each location 
                                                           Program Completion Certificate, upon completion of the program
